How do I change my order?
If you order the wrong product, enter an incorrect shipping address, or want to cancel your order, you have up to 24 hours to communicate the order change with us. Please email us at support@pre-internet.com with your order number and desired change.
 
When will my order ship?
All orders ship within 2-5 business days via USPS. If there is a delay with your order, we will email you. Once your order has shipped, it will take an average of 3-5 business days to arrive in the US and an average of 2 weeks to 6 weeks internationally.
 
What are your shirts printed on? Do you have a size chart? Do you carry 3XL?
Almost all of our shirts are printed on Comfort Colors Shirts. These are 100% pre-shrunk cotton. If you are interested in a hoodie or crewneck, please contact us to find out what material the product is. Due to a limited stock quantity, the only 3XL shirt we have at the moment is Stratton Oakmont.
 
What is your exchange policy?
We offer exchanges up to two weeks after you have received your order. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. There can be absolutely no animal hair or stains on your product, or we cannot grant your exchange.
To make an exchange, please send your package to 12 W Dickson St, PO Box 1648, Fayetteville, AR 72701. Please include a note with your name, order number, and product name and size that you want us to send you.
Your exchange will ship within 14 business days of receiving your package and we will email you with your new tracking number once the exchange has been processed.
 
What is your return policy?
We offer returns up to two weeks after you have received your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. There can be absolutely no animal hair or stains on your product, or we cannot grant your return.
To make a return, please send your package to 12 W Dickson St, PO Box 1648, Fayetteville, AR 72701. Please include a note with your name, order number, and that you want a refund. Your refund will be processed within two weeks of receiving your package, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
 
I received an incorrect or damaged product. What do I do?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us at support@pre-internet.com with a picture of the product and it's tag. We will send you a return label to get the product back, and once we see that it is in the mail, we will send a new product.
 
I never got a confirmation email. What do I do?
If you didn't receive a confirmation email, you most likely didn't provide an email at checkout. Please contact us at support@pre-internet.com with the name that would be on the order, your shipping address, and the product you ordered, and we will help you track it down.
 
Where is my order?
Your order can be tracked by searching your tracking number into a search engine and adding USPS to the end of the numbers. Typically, it takes 2-3 business days to ship your order and then 3-5 days for USPS to deliver your product for packages in the US. For international packages, it takes an average of 2-6 weeks to receive your package. Due to COVID-19 it is taking up to 3 months to deliver international packages in some circumstances. Sometimes, they experience delays due to high volume or weather problems. If you didn't receive an order confirmation, please contact us with the name you used to place your order. What most likely happened is that you didn't provide an email at checkout.
 
My package was delivered but I don't see it. What do I do?

By following the steps below, almost all of our customers track down their missing packages. If you are still unable to receive your package after attempting the steps, email us and we will see what we can do. Please attempt these steps first.

1. Contact your local post office and ask to speak to the post master, ask if they can speak with the mail carrier who delivers to your street. Ask him/her about the
package and the date it was marked as delivered—mail carriers are pretty good at
remembering packages on their routes!

2. Ask your local post office if they are holding the package for some reason.

3. Check with your neighbors to see if the package was accidentally delivered to their address

4. (This is the most important) Wait a couple of days. Some packages are mistakenly marked as delivered during the sorting process, when in fact they are still en route. This is an extremely common occurrence and your package will most likely be delivered within 7 days.

 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We currently offer shipping to Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia. If you are interested in placing an international order outside of these four countries, please contact us at support@pre-internet.com.
 
What is your International Shipping Policy?

The customer is responsible for paying all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country. We are not responsible for packages held by international customs agencies. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

Based on the checkout method you choose (First Class or Priority Mail), shipping times may vary. You can expect your package between 2-8 weeks depending on where you are. Because of COVID-19, USPS transports all packages by ship which is causing an increased delivery date. Please be patient with us as your package moves from country to country. We have never had a package go undelivered, but some do take longer than others.
 
If your package is returned to the sender due to you not paying your customs fee or due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for shipping again. If you would like to make an exchange, you are also responsible to pay for shipping when we send the second product to you.
